Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Comfort Living ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Furniture Store Autopilot and our websites (the "Service"). We are located at 11420 Long Beach Blvd, Lynwood, CA 90262, United States.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, business name, location, phone number, email, business details, and anything you type into our forms or messages.
• Automatic information: basic device and usage data, and marketing attribution parameters (such as UTM tags and ad click IDs) when you arrive from an ad or link.
• Payment information: handled by our payment processors (including Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2. How we use information

• To respond to your demo requests and provide the Service you sign up for.
• To contact you about your inquiry, appointment, account, and support.
• To improve the Service and our marketing, and to keep the Service secure (for example, reCAPTCHA helps us block spam and abuse).

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example: hosting, messaging/SMS delivery, scheduling, analytics, reCAPTCHA, and payment processing), and only as needed to perform those services, or when required by law.

4. Facebook & Meta advertising data (Ad Performance connector)

Our Service includes an optional Ad Performance feature that lets you connect your own Facebook (Meta) advertising account so you can see your ad results inside your dashboard. This feature is entirely optional and only operates after you explicitly connect your account and grant permission.

• What we access: with your permission, and only through Facebook's official Marketing API using the read-only ads_read permission, we access your advertising data — your ad account name and ID, campaign and ad names, and performance metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, click-through rate, reach, and lead/result counts.
• Why we access it: solely to display your own ad performance back to you inside your dashboard (for example: total spend, leads, cost-per-lead, and which of your ads perform best). We do not use it for any other purpose.
• What we do NOT do: we never create, edit, pause, or delete your campaigns; we do not access your customer or audience lists; we do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third party; and we do not use it to advertise to anyone.
• Storage & control: your access token is stored securely and used only to fetch your own performance numbers, which may be cached briefly so your dashboard loads quickly. You can disconnect at any time from the Ad Performance section of your dashboard, which removes your stored token. See our Data Deletion page for how to remove this data.

5. Messaging consent

If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us about your inquiry, demo, and account. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help.

6. Data retention & your choices

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the address below, or by following the steps on our Data Deletion page.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

8. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
