Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete the data associated with your use of Furniture Store Autopilot ("the Service"), operated by Comfort Living. You are always in control of your data and can have it removed at any time.

Deleting your Facebook (Meta) advertising data

If you connected your Facebook advertising account to the Ad Performance feature, you can remove that connection and all related data in either of two ways:

Option 1 — Instantly, from your dashboard (recommended)
  1. Open your dashboard and go to the Money page.
  2. Find the Facebook Ad Performance section.
  3. Click Disconnect.

This immediately removes your stored Facebook access token and deletes any cached ad-performance data from our systems. We retain no further Facebook data after you disconnect.

Option 2 — By request

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion" and the email or business name associated with your account. We will permanently delete your data and confirm by email within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Once deleted, we no longer have access to your Facebook advertising account or its data. You can reconnect at any time if you wish to use the Ad Performance feature again.

Deleting your other account data

To delete the rest of your personal information held by the Service (such as your name, business details, and contact information), email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion." We will process your request within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.
